DilutionScan

Use DilutionScan in Claude and other AI agents

DilutionScan runs an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor and other AI agents that support the Model Context Protocol can read DilutionScan data directly. Ask about a company in plain English and the agent looks up its warrants, convertibles, shelf and ATM capacity, cash runway, float and reverse splits. It requires DilutionScan Pro.

Questions you can ask

  • “What warrants and convertible notes does this company have outstanding, at what exercise or conversion prices, and which filings are they from?”
  • “How much could this company still raise under its shelf and baby-shelf limit, and how long does its reported cash last at the recent burn rate?”
  • “Which companies have a reverse split coming up, and what stage is each one at?”
  • “How has the share count changed over the last few quarters, and what did the stock do after each offering?”

The agent answers from DilutionScan's data and names the SEC filing behind each figure, so you can open the source and check it.

What the tools cover

The tools are read-only. They look things up and never change anything in your account.

  • Dilution coverage, risk ratings and the latest snapshot, with each instrument family: warrants, convertibles, preferred stock, shelf registrations, ATM programs and equity lines
  • Baby-shelf capacity, share-count history and price action after past offerings
  • Cash position, cash history, runway and a screen for companies that may need to raise
  • Float and its history, short interest and split history
  • Reverse splits: upcoming, recent and ended ones (failed votes, abandoned splits, expired authority), each split’s stage, and boards still holding split authority
  • Exchange listing compliance notices
  • SEC filing search and the filing documents themselves
  • The DilutionScan glossary and Learn guides

How figures are reported

  • Every figure cites the SEC filing it came from and carries its as-of date.
  • A value that was not measured is reported as not measured, never as zero or as no dilution.
  • A company DilutionScan has not analysed yet is reported as not covered, which is different from having no dilution.
  • The data is the same as on the website. See how we read filings for sources and limits.

Signing in

The first time you connect, your client opens a sign-in page on signal8.ai. A DilutionScan account is a Signal8 account, so sign in with the same email you use here. The tools answer while your DilutionScan Pro subscription is active; signed-in Pro readers also find these steps on My account.

Requires DilutionScan Pro

The MCP server is included in DilutionScan Pro, which is the same subscription as Signal8 Pro. See pricing.

DilutionScan reports what companies have filed. It does not give investment advice or predict prices.
